Hi, I am Stella Weis, a Germany-based artist and passionate traveller. I create uniquely designed illustrations with focal points on destination-inspired art and colourful underwater arrangements. My favoured medium consists of Acrylic Paintings and digital mixed media Art.
Besides that, I enjoy making hand-drawn colouring books in a modern design in cartoon style, published under the name Paint Away Books, - which supports Books for Children, which was founded in early 2023.
With help from a non-profit association that provides direct humanitarian aid on-site, I was able to send numerous Books and art supplies to the earthquake-stricken regions of Turkey & Beirut. In 2021 I launched 'Colour into Vacations, a unique Colouring Book for the family inspired by travels through Asia.

Paint Away Books & Books For Children
The idea of a colouring book with travel recommendations came to me in 2020. "Colour into Vacations", the colouring book was published in 2021, featuring my line art illustrations and exceptional holiday destinations.
After publishing the book, I came up with the idea for this website to showcase stunning destinations and promote local businesses. It quickly became evident that I like to feature locals and small businesses who provide exceptional tours and accommodations. As I travelled, I discovered many of these hidden gems. On this website, you'll find Art that features those outstanding people, as well a brief descriptions and links to their websites and social media pages.
Within the past 3 years, Paint Away Books has turned into many artworks featuring small businesses and unique destinations.
With the support of a non-profit association that provides direct humanitarian aid on-site 50 colouring books and art supplies to the earthquake victims of early 2023, Paint Away Books became a project supporting Kids who are growing up in less fortunate circumstances, and with that, Books for Children was born.
