Return Policy 

All sales are final except as set forth below. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges to be made.

If, in any instance, a refund is granted, credit cards will be refunded in Euro at the exchange rate effective at the time of the refund. 

The cardholder assumes all responsibility for any fluctuations in the exchange rate and/or fees levied by their bank. In order for us to provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders must be received in writing within 30 days of placing the order or 15 days within the delivery of the order.

Suppose you are a resident of the European Union. In that case, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of digital content for a refund within 14 days, beginning the day after purchase. Once you have received your refund, you will no longer have the right to access the Digital Content.

Please note that once you access or download any Digital Content that your purchase is final, you have no right to cancel your purchase of Digital Content.

Please be aware that the products may have slightly different finishes depending on your device's colour settings.

Privacy 

We respect our customer's account information as private and confidential information and will never share it with any outside affiliates or individuals. The information we collect for orders includes name, e-mail address, billing address, phone number, credit card, and geographical region. We use this information to verify and process orders, to collect payment and bill for our services, and to contact and respond to buyer's requests regarding sales and support. At any time, the buyer has the right to withdraw or decline consent. If the buyer does not provide the requested information, we will not be able to provide services to them. 

Shipping 

Please allow up to 7 business days for order verification and processing and an additional 10 business days for delivery*.

Please be aware that most products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver them to you. Making products on demand reduces overproduction, so thank you for making these thoughtful purchasing decisions!

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier.

Custome duties, Tax and Import fees to non-EU countries

If the delivery is being sent to a country outside of the EU, the customer may have to pay customs duties, taxes, or fees to their home country's authorities. To prevent any problems, it is recommended that you check with the customs or tax authorities before making a purchase. Additionally, any import fees that apply to your home country are the sole responsibility of the customer to pay.

Tax 

According to §19 Abs. 1 UstG, German AGB, no sales tax is shown.
